1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Belaku ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Belaku is a news intelligence app that provides AI-powered news briefs, deep-dive story analysis, and topic research. Some features require a paid subscription. Content may be generated or summarized using automated systems and is for informational purposes only.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription

Belaku Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period when cancelled, except as required by Apple’s applicable refund policies or applicable law.
• Any free trial or promotional offer, if offered, is subject to the terms presented at the time of the offer. Unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect the App or other users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• misuse the App or interfere with its operation, security, or availability;
• access the App through unauthorized means, including scraping, bots, or automated systems except as we expressly permit;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or non-public APIs, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
