1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Belaku ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Belaku is a news intelligence app that provides AI-powered news briefs, deep-dive story analysis, and topic research. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription

Belaku Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period when cancelled.

4. Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code within the App are the property of the developer. News content is sourced from third-party publishers and is their respective property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Apple Standard EULA This App is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

11. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
